Just kidding! They look great! You do a nice job! :)
very nice, you have a knack for finding silver!
Thanks, Goes4ever, Yeah, it seems for silver jewelry, but I'd rather have the knack for finding the kind of silver that you found in that old yard that you recently posted :cool:

I never wear jewelry.

WOW, WHAT A DEFERENCE!!!!!
It looks very nice. How did you clean it?
Tarnex soak 10 ' followed by thorough rinse in cold water followed by scrubbing the links with a medium -hard brush dipped in Sodium Bicarbonate.

Repeat process as many times as necessary;

It took 4 stages of the above to get it that thick tarnish off......the final step is to take a Q-tip dipped in a tarn-x /baking soda paste and give a final "once over " to each link separately ...then rinse in cold water, dry, and polish with black jeweler's rouge

WOW, a lot of hard work!! I found this cross this weekend and started to clean it a bit but gave up. It says Sterling on the back. I have between 50 and 100 medals and crosses and I was thinking of sending them to someone in the military to give to our troops in Iraq. They are just gathering dust in one of my storage bins.

If you saw that ring, you saw the whole bunch. I post the same picture on the other sites I am on. If you just saw the one ring, somebody else found one just like this one.

WOW, Lorraine, you sure cleaned those silver items to shiny bright! I knew they would, but you really worked hard to get them that way! You are a busy gal.....then you cleaned and shined your floor and cooked lunch for your hubby! Now, take a rest, as you need it!! :lol:

I hope you find silver but the coinage type that you are wanting! The silver jewelry though will bring you some dough if you want to sell it! Silver prices are up as well as gold! :rolleyes:

God Bless! :angel:
