Here's the Kimber 45. I have carried almost daily for 9 years....

[size=large]Before getting this Kimber, I carried a Mitchell .45 for four years when Alaska conceal gun permits became available. This Kimber is the classic Stainless Gold Match. It has every practical option available including checkered front strap, ambidextrous safetys, flared magwell, adjustable sights with night sights included. It has some minor dings and scrapes but not bad for nine years of continual use. It has never failed in any way while shooting, no jams, no stovepipes, goes "bang" every time just like a gun you would stake your life on is supposed to do. In the 13 years that I've carried legally, I've never needed or even felt like I possibly would need to resort to my weapon... but a couple times it was comforting to know I at least had it.

Unfortunately most of you know about the sad shooting in New York that happened this morning, a shooter killed 12 people, shot himself, and wounded 26. Sad sad sad. Had there been a legal permit holder armed in that building, the story may not have ended as sadly as it did. Guns save lives also, that's why the cops carry them. Outlaw guns and outlaws will still have them, you won't.

And so there is no mistake Florida does have a CCW License to carry on your person but not needed to carry in your vehicle at all times LOADED or home or business or motorcycle or boat or anything unless you are carrying it CONCEALED on your person :)

Now my girl Denise Does carry on her at all times being a woman.. I don't... but if I'm with her Id grab hers in a heart beat to do what I needed to that's for sure. She also has one readily there in her car for the need for speed

I don't keep one in my truck only if I'm going in the woods or shooting...that's all I need at this time :)
That's not to say if things were going worse I wouldn't keep one on me at all times :) and I may keep one in there sooner than later.

Because I worked for a school and I was afraid I would forget I had it on and go to work with it on---With things the way they are; I have been many times to Duggen Falls where that Skier got beat almost to death by that Father Son, that made America Most Wanted---I carry all the time now and have been for about 3 months now !
