Haven't seen this posted so I thought I'd share. This is using my postal scale, and is coil only. No lower rod or bolt.
Standard 7" x 11" - 17.0 oz
optional 5" x 10" - 15.0 oz
optional 5" OOR - 11.2 oz
 
Are these weights without the coil cover?---I assume so as you said coil only.

And with or without cable?

Let me revise my post above.
This is using my postal scale, and is coil WITH coil cover. No lower rod or bolt. (weights do include the cable as it's attached to the coil).
Standard 7" x 11" - 19.8 oz with cover (17 oz without cover)
optional 5" x 10" - 15.0 oz with cover
optional 5" OOR - 11.2 oz with cover
