........I heard on the noon news yesterday that the so-called "in the know" folks over Lansing way were to vote on the repeal of the Michigan Helmet Law,so bikers in Michigan can ride brainless-I MEAN HELMET less,......The requirements for the "pleasure"to ride bare-headed are:21 years of age,at least 2 years M/C riding experience, possess at least $25,000.00 in medical coverage(How long will THAT amount last if ya do a face-plant into a car??),or have to have taken a Motorcycle Safety Training Course........NOW for the REAL irony:I took a M/C safety class some time ago,and they stressed never-NEVER-to ride without a helmet,even if its legal.......Anybody hear the outcome on that vote??Thanks,Steve...........
