Hey everyone,
I'll get the question out of the way first:
I am heading to FL in 2 weeks and would like to bring my Troy Shadow X5.
Can I bring a detector on the plane to Fla? Someone said I can check it in as a fold up wheelchair or cane. Also will the x-ray mess up the electronics? I have never travelled with one before and wondered if it would be a hassel to check it in.
Now back to saying HI.
I never thought I would be away for so long but realize now what is is like to have a full time paying job after so long. Life has been great and teaching is my dream job. It is trying at times and pretty stressful but each day I learn something new and find ways to be better at my job and more helpful to others. I just talked to Donnie today and he was cleaning up an 1818 and an 1822 Large Cent and also an old triple diamond barrette when I called him today. Perhaps I'll get out with him when I head to CT to bring my nephew and sister out for opening day of trout season. I enclosed a photo of last year and some pics of my first landlocked salmon on a flyrod. I caught it on a nyph I tied and believe it or not caught it right behind my old college. I never thought the fish were running up in March. The fish was healthy with no lamphrey marks on it. I am glad NYS manages its salmon better than it manages its budget
I look fwd. to stoppin in more[attachment 156883 MorefishingwithElijah.JPG]
