Saw your axe is holding up your export license from the UK on Chris's site, any word on it? Thats a sweet find liooking for one of those myself in about 6 weeks, can't wait, and just a question- what were you on the Roadshow with, just actually read the bio above? HH

6 weeks! Wow...lucky you! I know Boston Bill Henderson & I think about hunting there every week! Bill just showed us all his great finds a few days ago. Yea, I just noticed Chris's post last night myself. No word at all on my axe head, but the British Museum has been sending me letters concerning this Silver 1600's Charles 1st hearts button. The last letter I got "disclaimed" it...meaning no museum wanted to buy it, & I'll be getting this piece back. Hey, if they "fancy" that axe I'd love to see it in The Colchester Museam for everyone to enjoy. (But I have a feeling I'll be getting that back too). Either way is fine with me....
Good luck over there.....just leave a couple goodies in the ground for us in September! I'm hoping to attack those fields with Sun Ray stuff for my Coinstrike by then!

I have a copy of february's Lost Treasure magazine, you made the center fold, LOL! A huge Fisher advertisement, very cool! HH, Mike

Haaa...as long as it's not that picture of me at age 13 with the Daisy Dukes Thanks Mike, I'll have to check it out....an Excel ad probably?

was about the 2 "Slave Tags" I found at age 13 in South Carolina where Tony is from There was an article in W&E about it in Dec. 2003.....

I'm not from "Down There"! Those guys think I'm a Yankee 'cause I'm from VA!

It arrived approved this morning so I am taking it over to Boston when I am visiting the guys. Don't find too many 1250BC axe heads in Boston LOL

Man......I was counting on that ultra rare chunk 0' change paying for my next trip! It probably took longer because of how loaded with finds my bag was like MassBill's bag, cause we "Gut r DUN!" Oh well, just please make sure my rare silver button gets back in my bag as well...
