Hey Craig, the steaks were perfect, put them in the boiler for a few minutes then flipped them, added a little garlic powder and bingo, very tasty :cl

Marinate yer steaks in yer favorite ( low fat of course) italin dressing over night in the firdge then grill to taste. This worsk especialy good with venison :thumbup:
