I'm assuming that everyone that signed up for DIV XIII is still planning on attending....but just to make sure please send an email to digginva@hughes.net confirming your slot.

The dates of the hunt are Sunday - Tuesday, March 21 -23. The pre-hunt meeting will be on Saturday evening.

IN the subject line put DIV XIII confirmation and put the name you signed up under in the body of the email.

You must confirm your slot by Wednesday 1/13/10. If you fail to confirm then you will loose your slot and alternates will be moved into the vacant slots.

If you want to be a carpool driver that information must be in a separate email. I need to have the drivers name, make of vehicle, tag # and passengers.

If you do not plan on attending please let me know so I can move up alternates now.
