Hey Eric Regarding batteries

Its beena very very very long time since we have been in touch. I bought your SD2200D way back when (about 4, maybe 5 yrs ago) and you sent me your 2 monoloops, and some battery packs you had made up. I just bought an SD2100, and am hitting australia for 5 weeks, and am curious, do you still do the small Nickel Metal Hydride battery packs? or, do you have other battery systems? Perhaps I should be going towards the lithium coiltek system?

Sorry, been tied up in meetings all day. I believe I had those battery packs specially made. I can find the details, but sounds as though it is too late.

yea, they looked custom, and were very light weight
im sure i could get my electonics guru buddy to make some up, but, i will try the coiltek system..........

Yes, they were made up by my battery supplier. They are 5 x 4/3AF NiMh cells of 3.8Ah capacity.

yep, i see that, i have one left over from back then (i sold the 2200 about 2 yrs ago)
I now have a 2100.............
The coiltek system i was GOING to get, is no longer in production, so, I now need to make some up, and figure outhow you adapted the Koss amp, to the whole system (i cant remember exactly, but im sure its not too tough)
so..........now i need to know, can you, or would you get some packs made up if theres a call for them?
The battery pack i have here is a 5 cell pack, it says 4.8 volts @ 3.8 AH
Isnt 3.8 AH a little low? and 4.8 volts alittle low?
anyways, let me know, im back in themarket for lighter weight batteries, so i can get rid of the Minelab battery back pack.............
