This is typicaly how they come to light 'round here.
I dug this one today in the front yard.
It's soakin in the EVOO right now.

As you can see, there is nothin' discernable on either side right now.
The only clues i have as to it's identity are it's size and the 'rounded" edge.
I can't work 'MAGic' on this'n like you did yourn but i'll give it a shot.:)

Re: my electrolysis unit....I didn't make it up...my brother made it for me.

I know very little about electrodes, batteries, AC/DC , etc. so Ray did me the favor of getting one together for me.

If you want to see a pic of the set-up , let me know and I'll post it.

There is a battery and some kind o' charger ?
Also, i'm seein too many clamps
And why the big piece o' stainless(?) and nothin connected to it
Man, i'm more of a technotard than i thot i was :sadwalk:

There are two clamps..+ and - ( black and white)

The 3rd clamp ( L-shaped) is just a clamp for the wide side of the container ..clips on to the glass, and then I clip the item to be cleaned onto the other end of the "L" clamp

I have both a battery plug-in set up ( separate pic) , and as an alternative, I use a 6 volt lantern battery.

the stainless steel strip fits into the glass container....it's in the shape of a "U" ..it sits on the bottom of the glass and the flap ends go over the top edge of the glass. I hook the postive clamp to the "flap" of the stainless steel strip.

I hope this clarifies it for you ....if not , let me know and I'll try to explain it better if I can
