It's snowing here again Local schools are letting the little ones out as we speak. These poor kiddos are going to have to go to school until July if things don't change! School was out day before yesterday due to ice and 3' of snow. It's pretty, but that's about the only positive I can think of at this point. The rest of the week is going to be bitterly cold, so not much chance of melting. Our salt supplies are about exhausted as well....come on SPRING!

Hi Liz, sorry to hear about all the deep white stuff and the ice! Here in South County we haven't had really deep snow...the deepest at Christmas time was around 6-7 inches here and deeper in other places! Most of it melted off before the freezing rain and sleet came and then some white stuff on top of that and it is still with us since it is soooooo cold! The plow packed it deep with ice and sleet chunks at the end of the driveways and because my car sits very low....I most likely would get hung up on the frozen, heavy blocks if I tried getting out....so I am still here and don't know when I will be able to get to the bank and get some more money in my checking acct to be able to pay more and more bills, as a big one (mortgage payment) comes at the first of each month! But ya know every time I have needed to do something or need money, my Lord and Savior, Jesus, has always come through for me, but in His timing and not mine but is always on time! May God Bless!
