Leaning toward getting one of those SunRay in line probes for my Garrett. SunRay and Backwoods both have them for $189.95 plus shipping. Can your man Al get those? I like the fact that you can attach it directly to your detector. Seems to be out of the way there until you need it. Do they pick up well? I assume they must be good if you use them.

Al sells them, they are the best in my book, they pick up very well. One of the best features is it becomes a mini coil, and you hear the same tone in your headphones with it as you did with the main coil. Awesome tool! 
It is Minelab. He makes them for the Explorer series. I think he just has not started producing them for the EXTERRA line yet?
