Muma's got me eatin like a rabbit lately. We don't do iceberg but use all the other kinds o' greens there are and i'll tell ya what. So far i'm really enjoyin it. Of course this fella jist don't go without meat !! What we do is use turkey bacon and or chicken breast and grill it up and keep it in bits in the fridge and mix it in along with a plethera of veggies and fruits and i'll tell ya what..i'm likin it :thumbup:
i still git my steaks here and there like you do and we got plenty o' venison ( ZERO FAT) to grill up. Not to mention the canned peppers with sour kraut that she'll sort o' stir fry in the iron skillet with some turkey keilbosa and shrooms ..DROOOL
This gal thinks that jist because SHE had some heart surgery that i hafta eat healthy too ..geeeeesh
Sure am feelin better tho i gotta admit. :thumbup:
 
your mouth, I eat fish twice a week and red meat once a week, a big fat Steak almost every Saturday night, the rest of the week, I keep it simple, rabbit food :lol:

I'm holding steady in the 170's from 228, I would be down into the 160's but I have been hanging out with Bubba and David the last few weekends and you talk about a open well, hahaha :lol:

sit and eat an extra large pizza with everything (but onion) on it and rinse it down with ice cold drafts :lol:
That aint never gonna be possible so i might as well follow Janet and eat healthy. 220 down to about 170 would be grrrreat :thumbup:
