Hey St. Louis guys...or any Missouri hunters....

I was just curious as to how many of you have hunted Forest Park where the forum hunt is going to be on Sept 29 and 30th.
I'm only two hours away and would like to go take a road trip and hunt some on a weekend. I am hoping you can give me some info as to whether or not I need to ask permission...request a permit...or if anybody can just detect there?

It is open to hunt BUT you better check with the GUV for a Permit !
If he catches you hunting in his park he will FINE you very heavy!
It is a VERY LARGE park and it all looks like it would be GREAT to hunt BUT the Ground is Moved around a LOT ! If you do not know where to hunt you can spend ALL day hunting in Fill Dirt Finding Clad and Junk!
There are Many GOOD spots to hunt in the park also But I am not at Liberty to Give up any of these spots over the AIR waves as there would be nothing but a DIRT spot left there by the end of the weekend!
