I got out for a half day hunt at the old foundation site i found recently and dug up about 8 more flat buttons, and a few more coppers. I posted on anouther forum last evening and to my suprise i had a better find than i thought. my last hole of the day gave up an unuasual button. the first one i have dug at this site.AN UPSIDE DOWN REVOLUTIONARY WAR INTERLOCKED USA BUTTON.as you can see the button is deteriating as we speak.when i handed it to the owner of the farm to see, he rubbed and rubbed till he almost took the face off. i was wincing the whole time. had to bite my toung. You can believe me when i sey that the minelab has its work cut out for it now. i am gunna beat that place now.
