It's been awhile, sorry bout that! I've started my new job and love it. This is my second week and it's been rough adjusting, but we are all hanging in there. My current semester will be over in Five weeks and hopefully life will get a bit easier. Hope everyone here is doing well. I've got a couple of prayer request too if ya don't mind. My childhood best friend's step-dad (he was the only father really ever there for her and practically raised me off and on for years) has been sick for several months. Gone through numerous testing and really hasn't been able to find a problem. A month ago he had his gallbladder taken out and has not been able to go back to work. He is in pain and yesterday was told he was going to be checked ASAP for stomach and pancreatic cancer.

I also have an aunt by marriage who is in need of prayer. She is a retired nurse and was diagnosed this week with Alzheimers. The diagnosis is devestating, especially to my granny (who is 94) as my aunt is the one who helps take care of granny. My granny still lives at home alone and does quite well for her age, but needs a bit of help with housework, paying bills and shopping. My Aunt has always done those things for her and will no longer be able.

Glad things are going well. Praying for the requests right now!
