Hi Folks; I was off line for the last few weeks due to the fact that the muscles in my back seized up so bad that I wound up basically paralyzed again. I was scared stiff. then while I was at it I had a second heart attack. I am back on my feet again and my heart will heal but it definitely changed a lot of things in my life. God I miss that ice cream. !!!!!!!!!! Anyway, I am on the mend and starting to get things back to normal again. It's been tuff but I'll keep going until the good Lord calls me home. I am checking out Life Insurance now so when it happens my family won't be stuck with a ton of bills.I could not rest in peace with on my mind for sure. I'm more scared for my kid than I am for myself. Anyway, enough doom and gloom for now. I have to go do my therapy and get some rest but I'll be back on later today ok. Thanks guys. Ma I'll look at those button pictures in a bit ok. Until later; PEACE:RONB

Yeah - I gave up a lot of great foods also after my bypass. 6 years now = no ice cream, hot dogs, eggs, sausage, pizza, etc.
But there are enough replacement foods that I dont really miss them. I eat Weight Watcher's ice cream, certain Wal Mart pizzas, egg beaters, etc. steve in so az

Since you hadn't posted for awhile I knew something must have been wrong. I was praying for you and also waiting to see when you would be back before posting all my button pics, so will be taking pics and redoing most of them as soon as I can...I am going through a sick spell again and will be awhile before I feel like it, but have purchased new batteries, so have plenty to keep taking pics of the buttons! I hope and pray that you can buy ins because it is difficult when you have the problems that you have, but God will provide through prayers and faith! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
