HI MA. HOW YA DOING TONIGHT?

Well, I am doing okay but somewhat overwhelmed and nervous! The AT&T U-verse guy was here today and hooked up my Computer, TVs (one was Cliff's plus a VCR and a DVD Player he had for his TV)! I have a VCR and now a DVD-recorder with my TV and FASTER Speed for my Internet! I have to learn all over again how to use these entertainment thingies after just starting to get used to Direct TV and Windows Vista with peoplepc.com for my Internet Provider! I just hope it doesn't take forever and many, many errors to use the AT&T U-verse system! Takes longer for Ma to learn and then in a shorter time I forget! Oh.....these new thing-a-ma-jigs! At least I don't have a hand-crank wall-phone! :rofl: Have dials and one push-button! My grandson tells me I am behind the times....in other words OLD-FASHION! :shrug: The AT&T salesman caught me when I was feeling better and of course talked me into it by offering me discounts and etc. for 6 months! I also can call long-distance on my phone any time in the USA and a couple foreign countries....Canada and ??? I think I'm too behind the times to be learning all this newer stuff! The channels are way far different from Direct TV's!!! :rolleyes: May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
 
Thanks, Mike Chgo area! I will have to adjust and will take awhile for me! We, who lived before Computers, TV and such just aren't as hep as the younger generations! My grandsons, when younger, even knew more than me and showed me how to do some things....but with this Windows Vista I still haven't learned a lot and, now, I have to learn the AT&T's TV and Internet system and try to learn all over again! Ohhhhh....Ma's head hurts with all that larnin'....too full of many years of living and needs purged...but not from what I've learned about and of God and Jesus! :) May God Bless! I have seen your detector finds and know you can master anything. You will have it all figured out in no time.
 
Thanks 7centsworth, buit I was a lot younger when doing all that detecting....now I am getting weaker and more forgetful than ever! I leaned fast in school but now these days it takes a while and often more than a while! :lol: :) Right now, AT&T seems foreign to me! May God Bless! :angel: Ma Betty

Thanks, Lisa....I hope I'm moving on up...on up to Heaven soon... :clsoedeyes: and it seems everyone that knows I have it now keep saying that I am going to love it.....but not right now! I'm not sure about the TV....too many worldly channels and not familiar enough for finding the ones I used to watch on Direct TV! May God Bless! :angel: Ma Betty
