white and yellow Hominy....if I have any will try to open a can and show the different size between it and regular corn off the cob! I guess a person could find out how it is done on the Internet....where most everything is told about...don't know if it is a special grain of corn like popcorn or not?! :shrug: :angel: Ma Betty
 
cooked to swell and I think Lye is used but don't remember for sure! I like Hominy seasoned with bacon grease and grated Peppercorns! Hominy is different from reg canned corn! :angel: Ma Betty
