Hope to try this out over the weekend...

It was delivered before Christmas, but I had to wait till Christmas to open it up and haven't tried it out yet. I got a 6" 3Khz Digger coil. Most of the places I hunt have areas that are somewhat to very trashy....alot of targets very close to and sometimes on top of one another. I know I miss some goodies in these areas. I expect this coil will do the "trick" and help pick out the goodies. Any body else use this coil often?

That coil will help you a ton in trashy areas. But, believe it or not, the 10.5" also does very well in trashy areas.
What I really like about the Digger is how light it is but you're really going to have to modify your swing to get good coverage. You'll see when you get the chance to really use it.

My 6" & 15" 3kHz coils see 90% duty on my 705 for what I hunt for and the sites that I hunt. They are unquestionably my favorites.
GO SLOW, and overlap sweeps! Hunt in AM if at all possible, because it will teach you the speed you need to swing, and you will miss very little (if anything) that is detectable by ANY machine.

GL &HH!!

That is a great coil. The only thing I don't like about it is sometimes it will if copper pennies as quarters. I would dig those any way so it isn't really a big complaint
