Hot but nice, early morning hunt.

Started swinging at 6a and had my first silver by 6:20, a 47 Rosie. Decided to hunt along some sidewalks that dissect one big field. I concentrated on the 3' out from the sidewalk and ended up with a few targets. 5 of them being silver. 2 of the Mercury dimes were in the same hole and the other 1 was about a foot away, so probably all 3 dropped at the same time. The Mercs are 2 x 37d and 40d. I started out digging everything around 30, bouncy with clicks, or other wise, hoping for a gold ring. I dug several tabs, but did sneak up on a 45p war nickel. Also got 2 wheat cents and a toasted Timex quartz watch that was not ticking. At 9a I called it a wrap. F 75 LTD with 11dd coil, bp and de modes, sen 85, disc 7, 3h tones and g b of 71-75.
