There was an article in the Detroit News this morning about a guy that said he had 2 seats at Yesterday's game in Ann Arbor -He paid $110.00 for them-He developed a bad feeling about the game;sold them for $10.00 apeice and went to the Tigers' game instead...HOW SAD IS THAT???

were heroes who 'saved peoples lives'. Now they are considered the opposite...crooks and thieves with badges and guns...whereas the sports people who have done and do criminal acts and get off with a slap on the hand are heroes in peoples eyes. The world is backwards.

I LOVE FOOTBALL! not because the athletes are my heroes but because of the history of the sport and the great athletic ability of the players. now, i understand where you are coming from and a person such as a football player, police officer, firefighter etc. that does anything dishonest or even evil they should have to face the same punishment or even a more harsh punishment than the average guy. my heroes are the founding fathers of this country, anyone who has fought or died for this country and yes policemen and firefighters. oh by the way Michigan fans out there, i am a buckeye that feels bad for you. i root for Michigan and all big ten teams unless they are playing Ohio state.
