Got my meds....walked miles through Super Wal-Mart for my food...checked out....loaded car trunk...got home...unloaded trunk....hauled bags into Family Room...from Fm Rm to kitchen...sorted and put away cold stuff and frozen foods taken to freezer downstairs...back upstairs...too tired to eat...so checking the forum and now...heading for bed soon! Thanks Steve, I have an attic but it is filled with insulation and no way will I crawl up through that hole in my hallway ceiling, but I do have a basement and my washer, dryer, freezer and extra frig (cleaned and unplugged right now) are down there and when I need to use them, I have to go up and down steps but have a railing to hold on to and I try to be very careful, as I did fall once by missing the bottom step and landed up against the wall while Cliff was still living and I couldn't get up until he missed me and then helped me, but it was a struggle with him ill and I couldn't pust or lift myself up by my legs because they are very weak! But God is with me and He will take care of me, if and when I need it...He hasn't failed me yet! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
