How to tell if it's silver with the CTX

"Dr.Tones"

New member
Here's a vid I made that describes how I can tell the difference between silver coins and non-silver coins. This works for me. I have included my setting as well. Please keep in mind that my ground might be very different from your ground and that the settings might have to be tailored to best suit your conditions. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the video Dr. Tones! The 12:45/13:45 switch works for me as well and its how I suspected my first silver coin was silver and indeed it was! Numbers were quarter range because that's what it was but still did the 12/13 switcharoo.

On occassion I've had some penny's fool me though, just happens time to time. Thanks for posting this helpful video! Keep em comming please :)
