Been out detecting the last 3 days. Got rained out today earlier. The cool weather may be good for some Forest Preserve detecting. No skeeters lurking about. Found a pair of what appears to be silver plated earrings a few days ago. They were not together but on opposite sides of the playground I was hunting. Ran accross one I hadn't hunted before and got a few dimes and quarters with the earrings. Guess I'll take a look and see if the rain has stopped and get out some more if it has.
