My beloved f70 wasn't working properly so I sent it off for repair. Felix said there were some loose connections they saldered the connections and both coils were okay! And they said no charge!! On top of that it arrived Monday and it ships back out to me in a few days!! :shock: Big thank you to Fisher Labs for the customer service!!
 
Little update.. my f70 came yesterday while I was out of town.
Speaking to Felix I didn't realize they air test AND test each repaired detector on their test garden!
This is good news on my end!
Not sure what other manufacturers do, but I'm glad fisher goes through the paces to make sure they are repaired properly.
