One look a ol' Billy and it is easy to see that the critters aren't the only one with problems. He has a spiked, blond mullet, a strangely placed goatee, pegged black leather with lots of chrome spikes, needle shades and has brought "gnarly" back into vogue on television. Check out the badge around his neck ~ Like Dog the Bounty Hunter on psychedelic drugs no less. I only watched because I couldn't believe it... Like passing a train wreck and ya just gotta look.
Just when I thought Repo Man was the pits. Billy's brother was just arrested for for driving and having of a large quantity of pot in the car(NO WAY!)
