Many of you know I watch Netflix rather than cable. Actually it's a far better value and far better choice. Tonight I had the opportunity to watch a program that every one of you need to watch. As a matter of fact, this should be 'REQUIRED VIEWING' in every church, college, and high school across the country!!!

The title is: Hungry For Change and I viewed it on Netflix. Fantastic program! For the sake of your family, view this ASAP!
 
What our bodies need and what we really want is to get back to the diet that our grand parents enjoyed, which was typically grown in their own gardens.
