Hunt#31 and #32

No one posting so here comes last few hunts..

Really had to work at digging up these coins in Hunt #31. I walked and walked for almost 4 hours. Mother Earth wanted to keep it's coins. I gave up and went home tired but glad I made it out for another hunt.

Hunt#32 I stopped on the way home at a park and spent 2 hours popping these guys out. You just never know what kind of hunt it will be????

This season totals:
$1 coins= 3 = .19%

Quarters= 245 = 15.33%

Dimes= 275 = 17.21%

Nickles= 83 = 5.19%

Pennies= 992 = 62.08%

Total 1598 coins so far.

I am at about 50% of what I usually have about this time in the season. Hope I will be able to keep detecting until December this year?

Thanks for Stopping by..... Happy Trails Z

Great! :clapping: 4 hrs! Did you forget to turn on your machine in hunt 31? :rofl: You might want to put the big coil back on so you can cover more ground in a shorter time! :heh: Those are very nice totals for such a short season this year.:please:..it was still snowing in May right?...I just loaded up my gear in the car and am heading out...its 430am and I'm gonna go grab some clad with the 70 before the sun comes up. You are right due for some gold...you know you are! You always seem to find a few per year, and I can feel it! Good Luck and good post...I wonder where everybody is? Where are all those new F series whippersnappers that got all the free advice this Spring?

Nice pile again Zeekeys. Yeah, been a little slow here, it seems. Not everybody can be water hunting? May have to fire up the LTD and see if there is something to get stirred up. Nice hunting, Z. HH jim tn

Mud your doing some cool coin collecting the ATpro and f70 seem to be working for you very nicely. Good detecting... I do know of a person that was hunting with his detector off. It is very easy on batteries. I get many more hours on a set of batteries and I do pick up surface coins every once and a while. I did try the standard coil last week but it just isn't worth the arm ware swinging the bigger coil. 430 is that in the morning? I suppose some one has to get those birds chirping in the morning so they wake me up. I started digging the 40's and 50's signals again for the past few days. So far trash like the F70 says.

Rob I am old tired and cranky so no one knows if it is from sore muscles or just my natural personality coming through. Rob if your talking about my stomach those are some serious muscles because they just bulge out?

Jim if your talking about piles, yes I do have those. You will notice that I never say a short hunt. Some of these guys have 1/2 hour hunts and get all kinds of coins and go home. For crying out loud it takes me that long to get out of the car and open the trunk. It is good to hear from you and I see you doing a bang up job on that silver again this year. Great work Jim..
Thanks guys and Happy Trails.....Z

Here's one of the "young" wipper-snappers that you speak of! LOL I've been lame about getting on here and posting, but have a ton of pictures to post! :wiggle:

I'm still here, though! lol

Hi Stilpony
Glad to hear from you. Been wondering where you were hanging out. Of course you young guys have other things on your minds, other than metal detecting. I sorta remember girls, girls, girls and girls. Before I went to bed I arranged my day so I could go metal detecting today. So you can see what I think about. :detecting: Excited to see some of your posts. Happy Trails....Z

Hi Z! I just turned 50 this past May, so not so young anymore, and the wife would kill me if was still chasin' the lassies around! LOL (Let's just say I would have a helluva time swinging my detector with broken arms and legs) :stretcher:

I'll start getting a little more active on here, I've been lazy about posting my pics.

I haven't gone far mud lol.., we have been working non stop with the upturn in the housing market. I did make it Florida near destin, mud I have some information for you, your nickel tests in salty sand and the f70 with the 11dd. Ground is so hard here from the summer sun I can't shoot a 22 into the dirt more than a quarter inch deep.
