Hit this huge park with TV antennas for local channels towering over most of the park. I bet some of those guys 1000' up. Just looked it up and one tower 1088'. Detectors noisy but could pick out good targets. I usually hit them once a year. Not easy to detect there. Picked up a 10K diamond ring. This is my 8th ring this year. Thanks for looking....Z

Just got back in myself, working a football field nice and slow...naught but clad...trying out the F70 differrent settings...seems the "SL" mode gets coins a lot deeper than the "dE" mode...is this your experience too?
Mud

Yes Mud but slower with the swing speed and kind of noisy. I use it on the beach some times. I use it when I have those goofy moods and think I am going to dig up some of those old silver coins. I usually end up with a memorial 10" down from 1997. Would you believe it that there are some beer cans way down there too? Must be from the sand gods??? I like the DE mode. Mud I love clad. I am a coin hunter. I am not a deep coin hunter. I do hunt deeper on the beach because we have a machine that scrapes the beach every morning and all it leaves is bottle caps, pull tabs and broken bottles. My friend drives it and tells me he has it down to six inches.
Got to go get my lottery tickets. HH ...Z
