Hunt #91 with the F70

Didn't get out 4 days last week, rain and hot. Been out 6 days this week. Some hunts short this week because rain and hot.
Hit the ring and car on hunt #88 using the standard 10" coil on the beach. Hit a park today using the 6.5" coil and it was a good nickel day. Nickels are running 10% of my finds. Usually only find a few nickels. I was surprised to find another wheat penny in tot lot. Thanks for looking and Happy Trails.....Z

Have you ever used the 5" DD coil on your F70? I'm thinking about buying for trashy areas and for better pinpointing.

No Mark I don't much care for the 4" or 5" coils too small. But do like the 6"-7" coils. I am using the 6.5" coil on the F70 and it is good in trash and gets good depth.
Styker that working sure can use up a lot of good time that could be used for really good times. Retire as soon as you can. I haven't been out in 3 days and got out today but the flies were so bad I quit in a few minutes. Will try it again tomorrow.
Guys look at the post about F2 or F70. Machaeinc has a post with some interesting settings for the F70. Will be trying them the next time out. He is right the F70 is so versatile and it has worked on every site I have been at.

I have a 10x12 SEF coil on backorder from Kellyco. I thought a smaller DD coil would be good too. Maybe I will take your advice and pass on it.
