I am up for it!

I was digging in my neighbors yard who gave me permission a while back. His neighbor across the street came over and was talking to me if I had found anything good which I had not. He then tells me his grandson lost his class ring about 25 years ago playing football somewhere in the west part of his lawn. I told him I would be happy to look for it and return it. I didn't get a lot of time today but dug quite a bit of foil, pull tabs and can slaw. I am determined to find it now! Hopefully will have a nice pick of it soon! HH!

Good Luck. Hope you are able to find and return it. My eldest son swears that he lost his in my front yard. So far I have not been able to find it. I think he may have been mistaken as to where he last saw the ring. I did dig over 4 dollars in modern clad out of the yard.

Well persistence paid off! I had a few minutes to hunt and thought I would try the north end of the yard. Dug a lot of foil, a fired .22 slug, house key and other junk. To be honest I almost passed on this signal VDI between 8 and 10. Sorry I didn't clean it up as the homeowners were home. They are going to surprise their son on his birthday. V3i was awesome in the 22kHz! Thanks for looking and HH!

Awesome Job. Now you can use them for a reference when you are door knocking.

Awesome.

I can't tell you how many times you can find lost items that were nowhere near the area the owner thought it was lost.

Thanks guys! It's even funnier that I got two different stories as to how the ring was lost. The husband said they were playing football but the wife said that their son had lost a lot of weight his senior year and that he was getting something out of his car and he lost it at night.

Years ago I returned a ring to a fella that claimed he had never been to the part of my hometown where I found it. Yep humans aren't exactly the most reliable sources for sure! Hope everyone has a great Memorial Day weekend!
