I stumbled unto Chasity's 2008 Class Ring........alloy of Palladium, Silver and Gold, and that just might be a diamond

Took about 5 minutes to track her down, now to get an email off to her to see if she would like to have it back. I bet she does

Total for the day was $9.41, a 10 cent New Zealand coin and some assorted religious medals, and other jewlery.

it's great your trying to return her ring. I'm sure she's gunna be ecstatic. if one thing I've learned from the wife and daughters, they grow very close to their jewelry.

After looking at the Ky Rain video a little closer, the rain itself looks famiIiar but I think most of those pic's in the video were taken closer to the Cascades than Kentucky, not enough litter along side the roads, and the flora is more suited to your side of the Mississippi........... Kentucky is a beautiful state though, I talk to a lot of visitors here from out west and they can't get over how "green" it is here.
Spring has sprung here, and the redbuds are in bloom, shortly to be followed by the dogwoods. I live just about dead center of the state, 40 miles south of Louisville... your brother is barely in Ky, very close to Tennessee, on the edge of the Cumberland Plateau........below Cumberland Lake. That's rural country and some of the prettiest in the state.

The girls name was inside the ring and outside the ring, along with the school's name, and mascot. So she wasn't the hardest case to crack. The rings date is 2008, and that's when she graduated.... I figure its been laying out there in the ground since at least then. I found her on facebook, and other internet sites, she's all over the place.

I refer to them (todays generation) as the "communication generation". She's 21, going to a technical college, working as a waitress, and in a "relationship," blah blah blah........

At 57 I don't want to have to join Facebook to contact her so I'll get one of my kids, to give her a heads-up or a tweet, or whatever you do.....

While out hunting penny halves today Chasity came to town to pick up her ring, that was one happy girl to get her class ring back. I didn't get to meet her but my son met her at the gym and gave it to her, she left a $25.00 gift card with him to show her appreciation, and later texted him with more "thanks."

She lost the ring at a soccer game in 2007 after only having it for two months. My son had been in contact through facebook with her, she described it to a "T" it even had her jersey number "30" on it, there was no doubt she was the owner.

And YES that was a diamond!
