What you have is a "Ushers token".The Ushers were a group of magicans,psychics that put on magic shows.They were very popular in the 1930s.The token you have was produced to sell to the crowds at the end of the shows.Nice dig.

The Ushers were a family who went to the county fair, and punched out their name on the good luck charm. They are fairly common here, but with a cut out design. Or, the Ushers is the company that made the punch machine. ???
