I do believe our Pro-Pointer field tests are going to hit 10,000 readers sometime soon. Didn't know this place was so popular :smile:

To me the Pro Pointer is the metal detecting equivalent of air conditioning or remote control.

You don't need it, but once you have it you wonder how you ever got along without it.

Garrett absolutely smoked the competition with this one!
 
I think the battery must last 10 years. I've used my probe off and on for 3 months and it's still strong with the battery Charles personally installed in it. I can't believe Charles is building these things in his garage! :rofl:
 
Yeah I'm still on my original battery. I don't think they ever wear out. Maybe he incorporated perpetual energy into it. :)
