Its 930 pm here I got home at 8pm, I thought Mexico was invading . we have about 50 people a Mariachi band, Lots of loud singing and dancing, I figure at 10 Ill put the uniform back on and Im going in.Dont think Im a party pooper ,but I got up at 4 am. And being the 4th today was bad. BTW happy 4th of july

I hope it worked out for you. I have had my share of noisy neighbor problems at my current residence. I am willing to live with any amount of noise until around 10-11pm but then I expect a certain amount of quiet. In fact our village has a noise ordinance that sets quiet hour at 11pm. The problem is that it has no real method of enforcement. It takes 3 or 4 violations merely to be fined and many months for the village board to seek injunctive relief. There is no worse feeling than being dog tired and having loud music or fighting children (or adults) keeping you up until well past midnight. As I get older, it takes less and less to annoy me too. At least you have a badge on your side.

Please tell me your neighbors were celebrating the Fourth. Up here there are too many homes that proudly fly the flags of their home countries and whose only use for the US is as a cash cow. A much sadder issue than noisy and rowdy neighbors.

Yes they were , And at 1002 they picked all there stuff and went home. I cant complain about that at all .

Yeah we had a bunch across the street ( Mexicans ) who held parties in their garage with a live band and dancing - with the door wide open. The neighbors couldn't hear themselves think. One night it got real bad and someone called the cops. Eight cops showed up, shut the party down, and arrested a few drunks. It was quiet as a mouse over there ever after that. We nave a nuisance law here. If the cops are called out to any residence three times in any given month for noise or whatever, the occupants are evicted, forcefully or otherwise.
