I found a Vintage Eagle Scout ring today

Mark in S.E. IA

This morning I went back to the woods where their use to be a house and I took some pictures this time. I went back over most of it and this time I went the other way and it helped. I found 9 more wheat's. 2 more pieces of play money, a vintage Cub Scout Den Mother pin and a cool vintage sterling silver
Eagle Scout ring. Over the years I am getting a nice collection of pin's and rings from the scouts. I think they jacked up the house and moved it to some other place because their is nothing else there except for the old stone fireplace.

I found the ring on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/Boy-Scouts-of-America-BSA-Eagle-Scout-Sterling-Silver-Ring-Size-9-/161297718951

WOW!!! A very nice find, that place has more to give. Maybe the house was used as a meeting spot for scouts at one time. I predict a neckerchief slide is waiting to be found.

A friend of mine that MD's a lot of yards could not believe that I found 7 silver coins in that yard. it's not very often that you find that many in a yard. After finding the Den mother's pin I know why their was so many coins in that yard.
When I was in cub Scout's my mom was the Den Mother and we had our meetings at our house every week and in the summer we had the meetings outside in the yard. I'm thinking that their is a neckerchief slide in that yard too.
