I found the rarest of rare bullet today with my G2.

I have off this week for vacation. I've been out the last couple days relic hunting. Yesterday I went Confederate & today Union. I found a very rare bullet today. A Gardiner explosive bullet. The Federal government only bought 115,000 of them during the war. I've found six so far in my metal detecting adventures. Five of them with Dave's machine to boot. This one I recovered with my G2. It was in a fence row in a ground hog tailing pile. Lol Pieces of old wire all over the place & it still sounded good. Great detector guys. HH Tim

Thanks Bob. My G2 is pretty much the only machine I use. I know it well. It's a great detector for relic hunting. It's very simple to setup and use. It's deep & sensitive. It handles ground I hunt well. I can't wait til FT releases its new gold machines. I'll have one pounding the relic fields.
