Went to a local pond tonight to cool off, 1st target in ankle deep water was the 14k wedding band. Nothing else on that beach went across the pond to another beach and got the matching junk earrings. Also got the 10k with stones that also test positive for moissanite and looks like its been there for awhile due to the discoloration and found that out at chin deep. Thanks for looking

Found the switch....Nice going...going out as much as most of us do,its only a matter of time...Do u wear a weight belt in chin deep water...I couldn't dig that deep in salt without one,and i hate them!....Would rather wait for low tide for those deeper areas.... Good Luck HH

chin deep was in a pond
Yea,I get that....no tides /buoyancy....was thinking more for leverage/extra weight to keep on the scoop when that deep!...never tried ponds or lakes,to many gators and moccasin's!!!

I hit a spot once. Walked out ankle deep and first target wasa gold ring. Its awsome feeling. Nice finds. HH an GL. -Joe
