after a couple dozen hunts I can't find a shovel with a long enough handle to reach some of the stuff lol.anyone have a used backhoe?
 
I have been telling folks this since NOV. Longer digger. Its just a pain to dig a coin at 10" when your digger is 6" at the park. I would like to dig a 9" plug from the start. Seems like a faster recovery.

Garrettlover, you and I are hunting the same area of Texas and I've almost QUIT carrying a trowel! I now carry a sho'nuff Home Depot sharpshooter shovel and sometimes a Gerber E-tool. This detector is DEEEEEP in this black gumbo!
 
All the A T Pro owners are having this problem with the depth issue, I am going to send mine back to Garrett

and have them put the NOT TOO DEEP MODE upgrade on to it.

There used to be a back-ho in our little town, but they ended up getting married..sorry. :rofl:
