I was going to settle for a new T-2se. But with settings being saved and the back light, i went with the F75se. Did i make the wrong choose ? All you F75 users do you like your machine and if you have both the t-2se and f75se which one do you like better ? Thanks GS

What would we like to see in the dream -- reasonable -- machine?

1. Water proof F70/F75
2. Back light -- that you can turn on or off as an option
3. Quick detachable coils -- say at the coil, then you can switch between coils like a snap on at the shaft end -- make coils for this
4. Clip on grips making it possible to change grips size and style to personal preference, rubber (waterproof) foam, hard, soft, hand formed grips, etc.
5. Coil covers that don't catch water of sand, some kind of seal to prevent this
6. some way to adjust the arm cup without the use of a strap, maybe soft metal to bend into shape?

Okay, what other things would be of interest -- maybe Fisher is listening??

Oh, I fogot, the ability to see through the soil, like those fish finders with a picture of what you are targeting

GS, I think you made a good choice. The t-2 has a better iron resolution than the 75.....but not a big deal for most.

dbax, the 75 does have a bendable arm-cuff....cross that off your wish list.

I'd like to have a control box that slightly swivels, so you can turn it more toward your face.

You gonna love that machine when you learn it. I have the standard F75 and it is awesome, I can only imagine how cool it would be to have the boost and cache modes.

I have both the t2se and the f75ltd I like them both both great machines both have features that come in handy the t2se not as park friendly but great on farm fields. The f75 a more versatile machine more tuned for coins and jewelry but also great on farm fields I find myself using the 75 more like just like it a bit better depth bot. Run the same I think in boost the t2 faster by a slight margins I tried it several times both machines in bp and the t2 reacts faster but only by a split second. I think if you click with the 75er you'll be very happy that you made the choice you did. Big boys hobbies a forum sponsor has some interesting f75info. A must read I believe it's called testing the fisher f75 read it get to know the machine it speaks a unique language TREASURE!!!!! HH. C t
