I have a question about the TDI?

I understand the TDI can use the coils made for the Minelab detectors. I have the GP3500 with some Coiltech coils. Are these the ones that can be used with the TDI? Also, I hunt with an E-Trac also and have 2 extra coils with it. Can they be used since it is not a PI detector? The connector is the same but I don't want to burn up the TDI by using a Non-Compatible coils. What the feeling on the use of Mono and or DD type coils on the TDI. Any info would be well appreciated. BTW- I hunt only Relics.

Don't use the E-Trac coils on your TDI, and yes the SD type coils will fit on the TDI with varying results.

TDI is a Pulse detector. So, do not try Etrac coils on it.
