I'd guess that Schwaben und Neuburg are place names. Schwaben translates into Swabia, which is "a historical region of southwest Germany that originally included parts of present-day France and Switzerland" according to dictionary.com.
 
I have been trying to translate it to find out what it is and having no luck at all
