I just ordered the new Lightweight coil. Should be in next week.

My ordering just the coil will not put a damper on SE Pro sales. There are lots of new detectorist and people that want to upgrade. I think if this coil is truly an improvement, both sales on the coil and the new SE Pro should really take off..

I think Gordon will post up his feild test results for you soon.
I havnt taken mine out yet to try it to be honest.,,, will do soon.

I keep checking back on MLO for field tests and not seeing much new of consequence. Didn't know if I wasn't finding them--maybe in the super duper private area--or they weren't done yet.

If I would have known that when I was out last Friday Rick, I would have taken it with me then. I will stop out Friday and chat with you and show you my Cache in person so you can see how nice that Franklin I got is. Wish a New Detector was in my to get list but other matters still pending. I think it's starting to get a bit ugly too Rick, that is if you remember what I told you was going on last Friday. Thanks for the invite on trying the New Explorer SE PRO. Good Luck and HH.

I want to order one too, just everyone tells me, not yet. Thought you might have known a "secret, got em first" dealer cause I can't wait much longer. I is a Jones'ing for a new coil. Called Kelly co and they don't have the SEF's yet either. I need more toys.:bouncy:

Hi Bob,
What is the price of this coil? Where it can be bought from?
It's weight is very good and when I have on mind that it's made by the manufacturers of the unit, it must be really good.

lighter it would be.I wonder why they haven't tried lowering the weight..Their already tooled up for that except the battery holder box. Bet they could take 2 LBS or better off the machine and balance it out better for weight distribution.

Lots of weight on the now model..All that plastic, and fiber rod, with coil, and then those 8 batteries in the long drop in pack...........I know it looks distinctive how it us, but so does the Xterra...........Heck it might even be able to work on 4 batteries with the right regulator..but maybe not..The power source may be the key to the great depth...combined with multifrequency
