I killed a hour today with my old Ace250 today

Dang

Active member
Hey guys. I haven't been posting too much lately. I been swinging my Sovereign GT mostly. Looking for the deep silver. I found quite a few silver dimes but only one silver quarter since I had it. Hmmm.
Anyway today I only had a hour to detect and decided to take the Ace 250. I forgot how fun and easy it is to use. The Sovereign has to be swung real slow to find those deep targets. It gets boring real fast. But today I was all over the place with my Ace250! And I still managed to pull up a couple wheaties with only a hour!
Sovereign GT = Serious. Ace250 = PARTY!
Am I gonna stop using my Sovereign? No. As a matter of fact I'm gonna take it to the spot where the Ace found the wheat backs. But dang it! Once in awhile a guy has to loosen it up and have some fun.
Pictured below is everything I found today with the Ace250.
Check out the stake I found in All Metal. The tip looks like a phillips
head screwdriver's.

That stake looks like what's called a hand drill. Use for drilling rocks and concrete. Hit it while turning. Nice finds too!

Excuse my ignorance but, whats a wheaty?
Don't belittle your self, it's a learning curve. A wheaty, wheat penny, wheat, wheatie etc. is a US penny made between 1909 and 1958. President Lincoln's head on the front, 2 wheat ears on the reverse, hence the name "wheat penny".

Its not that well known over this side of the pond.

Thanks again my friend
