I Managed to Patch Up My Camera, can't say how long it will hold together.

So far no luck with the camera so I took matters into my own hands and cleaned it out with electronic cleaner, removed the salt corrosion on the posts and then left it to dry out. It's working again but the memory card is completely fried so I can only take 8 pics before them internal memory is full, obviously I won't be taking it into the water again.

I took some test pics of my new shirt and some of the loot I've found since the camera went bust 2 weeks ago.

You are not alone with the complaint of Olympus failure. Check the slot for the card to see if there is any salt or moisture in there before you insert a new one. They do have waterproof cases, but unless you spend a lot of money on one, they fail also.
I have 2 waterproof Pentax's that get a real beating on a daily basis and they work just fine, and have not had any leaking problems in the water.
