I need one of those organizer books....can't keep dates straight to save my hide..

Can't remember when church functions are...Admin Team Meeting, Dream Team Meeting, etc. And Sherry just asked when the forum hunt is..June??? Tried a search for Forum Hunt, CMD Hunt, etc. and couldn't find when it is. We are sitting here wondering if Sherry will have her pest control phone answering job this year...we haven't heard yet and last year we knew before this. If she doesn't have it this year...as Sherry said "I'll FREAK OUT" and so will I. I only have this part time job with the church. We know God will provide and meet our needs.

So assuming we have an income...when is the hunt again?

Palm pilot. I have everything in mine. From phone numbers to appointments, repetitive job things I have to do (weekly, monthly, yearly); even directions to get to different places (even hunting spots ). On a daily basis I have alarms set to remind me to do all kinds of stuff. Heck, I even have the date of the forum hunt in there (which, of course, I can't remember to save my life )
