When I decided to get an Etrac I did the usual calling the dealers to get the best deal. I got some good prices that were close to the others, then I called New England Detectors. I talked to Andrew and I got a deal that I could hardly believe. I took the deal and even ordered a Minelab carrying bag. I was happy, a great deal which included an additional 2 year warranty and he also included a copy of Andy Sabisch's book and a Lesche digging tool. It was more than expected, I received the detector and accessories in two days later. I am more than pleased with this deal.
Now the problem, small problem actually, I did not get an invoice or packing slip with the shipment. I read the extra warranty requirements which states that a copy of the invoice was required for any service. I have called 3 times and sent 3 emails in the month that I have had my Etrac and have had no response at all. I guess I could just forget about the extended warranty but if you offer something I kinda expect to get it. Great detector, great price, great service, just no service after the sale.
