I got my Income tax Back sometime while I was in Arizona---Sooooooo I got my first Semi Auto just before I left which was a Glock in 40 S and W and found out I really liked them and I got to shoot it some in Arizona---So after I got back I went out and bought a SpringField Armory 9mm with a Match Barrel I went out last Sunday and shot a box with my Ex---I got my butt kicked but I had fun even tho it was around 38 degrees and wet---I found out I really liked shooting the 9mm as it had no kick so that will be my fun gun because of that and ammo is Cheap---Well I got a itchie trigger finger again Today so I went looking and bought another Springfield Armory pistol at Sportsman Warehouse in 45 Caliber; I plan on shooting it by this sunday---I guess I will quit buying guns for a while as it is almost impossible to get ammo of any kind---QUESTION is it AS hard to get Ammo in other parts of the country as it is here---Gun stores are having to wait weeks before they can any back in after its sold--I found a store up north 50 miles that had some 9mm so I bought all they had 20 some boxes---Today I went South and got 9 boxes in 45 auto which was all they had---I got some 20 boxes of 40 SandW at a Bi Mart store when they were on sale just before my trip so I got all they had of those---I won't have to get ammo for a while if I conserve some but its easy to shoot up a couple of boxes so I dont expect to have them long---Guess i will have to start reloading in those calibers if I can remember to pick up the empties

Well If I could have got on with Vancouver School Dist. I would have been making that much but since I was working for La Center I only got $15.35---But I am still wondering how hard it is to get most kinds of ammo back there- I am driving over 60 miles to get some 45 ammo today

trying to stay calm as he was trying to placate the teachers' requests ...often several requests at the same time

And the washing and waxing of the floors prior to the opening day of school..with the teachers getting in his way.. walking all over the area preparing their classrooms

and the student who after getting off the bus...and upon entering the building gave up his breakfast right on the rug that the janitor just wet vacuumed; I can still hear the announcement over the PA system "Frank to the foyer...Frank to the foyer !"

( And I still remember the expression on the janitor's face when he saw what happened to that beautifully just cleaned foyer rug) ...

And the gym floor that had to be shined for the various school functions...

and setting up and taking down the risers for the chorus practice and concerts..

I could go on and on..but what I am trying to say is that I admire anyone who could do the job of a school maintenance man....

I always approached the janitor cautiously with any request....I needed that guy on my side every day of teaching at that school.

http://georgia-arms.com/ They have good ammo at a reasonable price. I have been to their factory and it is a nice setup. The people were very friendly and helpful. I am not sure where you live, but they do ship ammo.

Here in Texas we have a chain store called Academy sports Their all over they always seem to have plenty .I buy boxes of 250 for my 9mm and 45 pretty good price I think 52.00 for the 9s and 82.00 for the 45s ( they just went up they cheaper)
