[attachment 194867 005.JPG]went out after work today to a house ive got permission for started out nothing spectacular wheats mercs and a sterling silver ring in front of house.working my way towards cornfield in the back got a solid 00 27 than it changed to a 5 7 trying to get a bead on the 00 27 caught it for a second than gone. so i dug where i thought the signal was .when i turned over the plugi saw 3 pieces of silver .i didnt know there was 17 walkers everytime i stuck the x1 in the hole it would sing out man my hands are still shaking:super:the only thing i can figure is i caught one just right to get the 00 27 than moved coil over the stack and it changed my signal drastically . i think they were in some sort of cloth not certain but the werent in any type of container. i dont think ill be able to top this find

You HAVE to be KIDDING! That is the most awesome find of coins I have personally ever heard of!

WOW!!! :surprised:

That's what so many of us DREAM of -- finding that purposely-buried cache of coins!

Was it just in the middle of "nowhere," so to speak, or was it near a tree, or any other kind of landmark? Anything that might have been used as a marker to mark the spot of the cache?

Steve

WTG on your Cache Find! My lord.....17 Walkers!!!! Now that is one heck of a record and will be something to remember for sure. Congrats on that SUPER SILVER loaded yard and Continued Success, Good Luck and HH to you.:clapping:

Outstanding Cache! Finds like yours keeps driving me to get out there and swing that coil! Research and the right spots to hunt make all the difference. Congratulations on the most excellent find.

I did a similiar thing when I I first purchased the Exp.SE .......Col Andy and myself recoverd a 114 half dollars on a river shore.

It's definitly a thrill hard to be matched by anything else I've done.........Great hunt
